there are alot of good bows out there in that price range! you can't go wrong with the "lights out"($459 rts package) others are:

Parker buckhunter XP package ($379.99)
PSE Brute package($499.99)
Martin Bengal package($499.99)
Diamond Rock package($499.99)

all these basically come with everything but arrows and release!
You might also want to check out Mission bows and Reflex.
