Default RE: API Treestands vs. Others(o'lman, lone wolf etc)

The front on the API Bowhunter is open, I use/have one. My last two deer that I shot from the API Bowhunter I shot sitting down, because movement wise, it was advantagous to do so, and I could. I added a foot rest to it which made it even more comfortable. I prefer not to put one of the seat side straps infront of the side rail so I can slide the seat back and lean against the tree. I also bolted a Kwickie clip to the side of seat portion to hold my bow quiver securely out of the way. Thus I can pop an arrow out one handed. You can sit all day in the Bowhunter. If someday want a sit&climb climber, I will be looking at API and Summit.
