how do you guys make summer sausage.
What brand of seasoning do you use and what casings do you use also
i bought a sausage stuff.

They local bait shop owner had it his son bought it but he had a sausage attatment for his grinder so i got it for the low low price of 25.00 bucks less then half it's retail cost.
Can i use it for summer sausge or is the hole not big enough.
Also what kind of smoke do you use and how long do you smoke it.
