If it is sharp, flies true and holds together it'll kill. Sharpening and keeping the Montecs sharp takes some effort but if you know how to put an edge on something it's easy. If you don't know how, don't have the tools, or aren't willing to put in the effort to keep them sharp then get something with replaceable blades. I love my Montecs but they aren't any silver bullet. They're just as toast after hitting something as my old Thunderheads were and they cost twice as much.
