Just so you guys know......(and no offense to you guys who like to and are GOOD at making things).....

You can buy a really small "tripod" (about 5-6" long)that has snake-like legs that can be bent to position your camera in almost any position. You'll have to place it ON something higher up....but I can't see these things costing more than $10. I got one free with a digital camera I bought years ago.
