Default RE: Hunting Style

By using the word "aggressive" what are you referring to?
When I think of the word "aggressive" as it pertains to hunting, I picture someone who does one or more of the following things:

1. Use deer calls like rattling horns more frequently. Ie: Rattle or call every 10-15 minutes until something happens.
2. Same as #1 but from the ground. Call, wait about 15 minutes. If nothing happens, move to a new spot and try again.
3. Stalk through the woods instead of sit in a stand.
4. Find a ridge. Glass for game. If found, move in on them.

I'm sure these techniques are very effective in certain areas. Where I hunt, none of these works real well. Not enough acreage to still hunt for one thing. The best option for me is to get to my stand as unobtrusive as possible and put in the time there. I tend to be very passive in the stand. A lot of calling never seems to do anything for me.
