13-15 GPI I don't think is going to happen with straight carbon. My MFJ 300's only go 12 GPI. Carbon Express Aramids, with the Kevlar, only go 9.8 GPI for the heaviest ones. I think you are left with adding weight tubes if you want something that heavy.
