Depends on where he's hunting and how he feels it would have impacted his spot... but I'm looking to slam about four does as quickly as I can.
Of course, he may be like me where my first couple sits will be over a travel corridor where I've got some pics of a REALLY nice bruiser.
DING DING! We have a winner! I'm hunting the fringe of a really thick bedding area between 2 corn fields, and about 2 weeks ago I glassed a 150 class 10 pointer in that area. One thing I learned.....You CANNOT kill a buck if you're busy whacking does. And besides, it took me several years to overcome that illness, I do not wish to reacquire it...

Oh and........I DID nearly whack one with my truck on the way out.....LOL...no lie. She jumped out of a corn field right in front of me......Good thing I was driving slowly on that gravel road, I just got my truck fixed from the last one. [&o]
Yup, me too. I just can't climb up in a nice fresh set and whack a doe. I've obviously picked any particular spot because I think it offers the best chance at a buck. And, since the first time or maybe two in a particular stand gives you the best chance..... I just can't stink the place up in the beginning.[:'(]
