You might try Henry Seaver Conservation Area its north of Edina, Mo. I talked to the caretaker last year and he told me that he hasn't had any bow hunters there for the last several years. I know during firearms season its probably not safe, but what public land is. lol. Anyway the property is at least 400 + acres. If you need to know anymore I would be glad to help out.
