It doesn' t affect your scope at all, it effects your rifle, the POA will not change, but your POI will, the bbl will vibrate differently and the receiver will set-back differently, different pressure points=different POI. Truth be told, changing the torsion on the screws of a stock can have an effect on POI, even if you don' t really change anything.
