I did' nt think you were trying to cause anything. Feel isn' t very scientific either and the string could be shorter for all I know. Looking at my cam the cycle stops when a post on the cam contacts the string witch is what leads me to believe string streach could come into play. I' m sure that other single cams are different. Also I wonder (now I' m thinking out loud) about different strings transfering engergy better than others witch I would presume is why string matterial makes a differance when coming up with properly spined arrows.
