You have a decent 3-ply sidewall on those BFGs. I've seen guys pinch those things in between some of the nastiest rocks, and never even blow a bead. Granted, they were running about 10-12psi, but you will be just fine with corn stalks
However, just do what most advised and try to stay in the lanes between the corn.
