I use an AZ (THE GREEN ONE for aluminium arrows) on my crossbow carbons, with right helical too. Flat nocks are no problem at all. I'm fletching 2" Blazers. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE FLETCHER OR THE ARROW'S PERFORMANCE.
