I have a Pa hunter education card and I am trying to get a Wisconsin hunting license They need my hunter education number. But the only number I found on the card is a instructor Id number. I tried calling the pgc but i get voicemail and they havent called back yet. Have any of you had this problem with trying to get a out of state license?
