I haven't seen it posted yet....but my vote goes towards BOOTS. Atleast in Iowa, it can get dang cold during that November rut. And a cold/wet pair of feet will ruin a hunt faster than anything IMO. You can still see deer without binos, but if your cold/wet feet force you home early...then your garanteed not to see anything.

I will gladly pay $200+ for a good pair of boots if they will keep my feet warm and dry during those all day sits in the November/December winters.
