Tiffany shots 54lb and 3 blade rages and she has pass thru's on most of her deer.
Not the one I saw, she didn't even get CLOSE!!!! That thing had 10" of arrow sticking out of it. The episode with Jackie Bushman was the only one I've seen, but on that one she certainly didn't have a pass-through.
As someone else said, I think it a LOT about marketing!!!!

I was wondering the same thing a while back, so I actually picked up the phone and called Rage.
The person I visited with said that they recommend a minimum of a42lb draw weight...
I mentioned KE a couple of times but the just kept going back to the draw weight. Guessing it's a lot easier to have a 'basic' draw weight to tell people than the amount of recommended KE...
This is where I have to disagree greatly, but again the person you were talking to is very likely and idiot anyway. But a 42# Bear Whitetail ain't gonna do nearly as well KE wise as a 42# Equalizer, and if the person is drawing 24" vs. 29", there's another HUGE difference. Personally, I think now less than 50ft/# would be a pretty safe bet. And if that means a 70# Bear Whitetail that only get 48ft/#'s is ruled out while a 50# 82nd that gets 53ft/#'s is in, then that's the case, but I think KE and Momentum are significantly better indicators of likely performance!!!!
