i hiked 5 miles where ATVs and any form of vehicle is prohibited, had to pack him and another buck out, but its well worth it...
most public land hunters are lazy, and only road hunt, if you can, google map the area and see whats hidden and what isn't.
PS: the buck in my Avatar was a public land kill
