Interesting fodder from my '07 journal.....

Through the 1st twelve hunts of '07.........I had seen from stand:

34 total deer.....of which the breakdown is as follows....
21 Does
2 bucks (both 1.5 yr olds)
11fawns

12 of these deer came into bowrange.
2 deer harvested.

Take opening day out of there.....and the numbers look differently. I saw 9 of those deer on the opener....with 6 of them coming into bow range. So.....I went 11 sits in a rowwth a total of 6 deer coming into bowrange.

I'm rooting for you both....but you'll be hunting.
