Thanks Howler, I saw your response under Big Game post too. I'm leaving in the morning for the long drive. Taking our time, plan to arrive Fri & start hunting Sat. 13th. I see weather report is calling for little rain, and temps in high 30's in mornings. Hopefully thiswill get it going real good. I went out 2 yrs ago, and didn't hear much bugling, no rut action. It was in high 70's wk I arrived, and dropped to 20's, and wintery weather by 3rd day hunt, had close to 1' snow. It shut them right down on us. But I can't wait to get back at them!
