RE: Sheepshead (fresh water drum)
Looks great Reb. The grill didn't get fired and we made a tomato sauce out of the fresh ones in the garden with all the oregano, basil, garlic, onions and pepper coming from the herb garden. Mary is sautéing the chicken in wine and olive oil and we stuffed a bunch of our peppers for the freezer so we will have a few of our stuffed peppers with the chicken. The bread is in the oven and Mary is calling so I gotta go. Chow.
