your a marine, try different tactics, i.e. a can of whoop ass. Or even just a giant sized human trap. Break his leg and dont let him out till your dang good and ready. Dont kill him but just send the message, I liked the idea to put the sign on the stand saying we have permission... But personally I would just wait and kick his ass.
