Most of what you said Soarkrebel I have to agree with.The 22/45' s grip frame is like the 1911.The P" series are nice guns but I wouldn' t compare them to a Sig, Glock or Browning Hi Power for that matter. But using a Ruger " P" series for a trotline weight.I wouldn' t even consider a remington 710 for a trotline weight let alone a Ruger LOL.Nomercy if you don' t like Polymers that' s fine.Might as well get use to them they are the guns of the present and the future.The polymers have been tried and tested and have proved to be reliable and durable.I wasn' t crazy about the polymers when they first came out either. After owning my Glock I' ve changed my mind about them.
