i chunk the breech plug in Windex with vinegar or diluted clear vinegar and leave if for a few minutes.Then itake a toothbrush and clean off the threads and outside of the plug.For cleaning the flashhole, pipe cleanerswork usually well. Sometimes itis good to use a drill bit turned by hand to get the crud out of theflash channel, followed by thepipe cleaners. Make sure that the small flash hole on the breech end of the plug is clear.
