I also caught a 3 lb bass, but let it go (keep crappie and bluegills under control). Threw the cat in a deep sink to demud for a few days and he'll be as fresh and clean as could be. I caught the fish on a super ultralite and the cat took me about 20 minutes to get into the boat. What a way to spend an evening!!! Camping and trout sounds like fun too. We don't camp 'cause a certain member of my household (and for my own safety, I will not tell anyone it's my wife) does not like camping.
