Well Jerry left us Thursday(4th) morrning at 6am,I just got out to western ND for my Muly and Goat hunt Weds evening and Thurs when I woke up I drove to a high area to call the wife and let her know we made it,then she told me the news so needless to say I arrived home at 5:10 this AM.....Iam glad and sad but now the waitting is over,Jerry will be laid to rest next to His wife on Monday in Grace City N.D.........
This is what we do. We bury our loved ones. Our fathers, mothers, other friends and family. Never pleasant, but always inevitable. Best we can do is hope for a long fulfilling life and a painless passage. Words seldom have much meaning in times like these, but my thoughts and prayers are w/ you, bud.
