I have never tried a maxi hunter out of rifles in years. I used to shoot them in my traditional rifles and never had any luck in shooting them. I have tried other conicals in my Knights, but this Wolverine really likes Shockwaves. Those PTX were some bullets I forgot I had purchased. I was cleaning out the bullet shelves and came across them in an unmarked box with a small notation inside the box that said, 80 grains Goex 2f & Wolverine. I guess they did well enough in the past, that I tucked them away for hunting. You can hardly find them anymore with the popularity of the Shocwaves now.
