I would take down the stand and leave a note stating that you are trespassing and if you want your stand its at my home and leave an address. I would also reassure the person that I am not pressing charges this time but I would like to meet them face to face. That way if I see them again on my porperty then I know who they are. If a substantial amount of time went by maybe a year or so and no one came by then I would keep the stand.
