My first deer rifle wasa 7400 270win. I still have it after 25 years. It has only jammed on me once. When I was young, I didn't know know how to take care of it, and just poured oil in the action. I rarely use it anymore. I just like to use different guns all the time. I have owned a few BARs too. The fit and finish is much better than my 7400. I regret selling some of them.
