Under Armour makes good for the under layer. The jackets are way over priced for what they offer. I wear under armour underneathe and I wear Rivers West for outter layers along with some of the dream season stuff. The Rivers West is pricey too, but its the only waterproof clothing i have found thats flexiable, quiet and its approved by the Military. Its water tight!!! The dream season stuff is great, and water proof too, but its a bit noisey when compared to the Rivers West stuff.
