Why not just try the CVA Mointain Stalker,$69.00.Cap lock,I heard they are now legal in PA.not sure tho.I put fiber optic sights on mine and it' s great out to 100yards.CVA Buck Slayers 300grn conical dropped my first BP deer in it' s tracks.
