10Lbs is a big gain in one go , i'd goto about 54lbs and get used to that . If your comfortable , try another turn .. you just gotta find that comfort zone , i went from 52lbs -56lbs-60lbs and now i draw 65lbs no problem ( that was over 9 months ) .Try a little at a time , but you may need to reset your pins .
