IMO a lot has to do with how many timesI have to see a particualr sponsor and / or manufacturer on the television in a nightor in a magazineasI flip through it and how many idiots I have to listen to talk about a certain manufacturer during the actual show.I get to the point whereI just want them to shut up and go away and my first instinct is to not purchase their product(s)
There are afew sponsors out there that pay so many people and / or idiots,and pay for so many shows that their products prices are dramatically effected though their actual product does not come close to commanding such a highprice tag.
Yet it is obviously working for them because theykeep doing it and keep selling their products. There are obviously enough sheep willing to "follow the herd" instead of researching the products that they purchase.
