It's all relative.
On my farm in WV...either deer is a trophy, and as hard to kill as the 160 class in other areas.
In Ohio, where I live...neither will make the paper for their racks.
As for me, I don't hunt horns to hunt horns...so if it felt right, I'd take the first one inside 20 yards.
