You can also spread a little bit of super glue evenly around the nock. Once the super glue dries you can insert the nock in the arrow and it should fit a little better. The super glue adds a little bit to the circumfrence of the nock, as well as providing a little friction with the inside of the arrow shaft.

Just make sure the glue is dry before you put the nock in the arrow.
