For cold weather, Lacrosse burlys 800 thinsulate. Not a boot you want to walk in all day though. Comfy, but just really heavy to walk for long periods(for example a long track job I got stuck in, which turned into a long drag back to the truck) For warmer weather I have a really old pair of lacrosse rubber bottomed boots.
