GMATT,
If I put him down within 75 yrds of his rub line, I will begin my smack talking. I understand there are a nation of hunters on here with their opinions and beliefs.
Im gonna say nothing until he is on the scoreboard. Landon, You were probably right, but he was passing and was on the verge of crossing the fence and creek. I know he never saw me, maybe winded me, but Im not gonna even dream about that place until mid november.
GMATT, Im wondering if you could take a picture of one of them NC squirrel rubs, or one of the likes. I would like to see one since you seem like you know what you are talking about. Tomorrow Im going to change cameras and put one near the rubs. The other one is near the place I saw the bear last week, and there is another rub line there as well. I will take a picture of them to see if they are just bark falling off or a disease.
It may appear as if I dont care about others comments, but they are not standing beside it, examining it like I have, so no hard feelings for me giving you grief. I love learning new things and I understand there are different scenarios and climate differences, but I see no differenve than the ones from 25 yrs of souting except the size of them. I could be absolutely off, but my senses tell me im on.
Sorry for the pictures of bark falling off!!!!
