photobucket and or imageshack are good hosts for images.
imageshack allows video on free accounts.
Now both have to be a certain size image to actually be able to upload it.
If you save or convert your image to the format of .png you get a higher quality image with a small file size.
.bmp is a good quality image but file size is large. .jpg is a low quality image and small file size. The best one for web pages are .png
You can open your images into a photo editing software such as Paint Shop pro or Photoshop.
Photoshop is a highend software, while Paint Shop Pro is a less exspencive software.

Examples: All these images are same pixel size and in the different format i am talking about. The same image was used for each format.
PNG: No color decrease and text from game cam will be clear/ 3.84kb in size and will load fast on a pages. Also you notice transparency is good.
BMP: Color gets a darkening effect and text is clear from game cams./ 43.5kb in size and loads slower on pages. Also you notice transparency is gone.
JPG: Color even darker, and text will get blurry on this format./ 11.2kb in size and loads fairly well on pages but hard on the eye. Also you notice transparency is gone.
