Im not saying it is or it isnt.... But how in this world does a deer/mature squirrel,rub/chew all the way around a 1 centimeter Twig, removing all bark without breaking it??
I looked at that too. Possibly while rubbing, he just went up and down on that limb. Its obviously broken. it may have not falle off, but give him another rub. lokks like most of the rub was lower than that twig.
