Nope not an FFL. It is a great pistol just need the money for other projects. I never had one failure to feed or eject. Not even on the last round.

Yes you can get them for $800 but it's 14 month wait. When I bought they were running a little faster than currently and I waited 12 months.

The difference in my price is for the accessories and taxes etc....

Actually I just hooked up with a dealer in the area that has an over 2 year waiting list and said he would see if any of his customers would be interested in mine so I'll likely have it sold shortly.
