It really depends on the arrow. Reason most of us are shooting heavy BH's is we are shooting carbons and would like to get our wieght up and you sometimes have to add wieght to get it tuned right.. At least thats the case for me. For instance, one bow I shoot, I can shoot 3555 gold tip carbons with 125gr or 5575s with 270gr out front.
