Right-click on the original picture

Then click "save as", and search for the folder you want to save it in

Then at the top of the HNI webpage, click "my profile"

There will be a category for avatar. Click "upload my own avatar" (or something along those lines) and find it in the folder you saved it in earlier.

Finally, at the bottom of the page, click "apply"
