if you are a bigger or taller guy, the swinging bar swings down and forces your knees into the tree.
I will only say that I like being able to pull that bar under the seat opening up the front. I like the design of that bar. I am 6'4 but my knees do not hit the tree while climbing. Just my opinion. Good luck.
