There' s a Scottish store I visit 2-3 times a year, they sell whats called a Scottish Meat Pie. Its about 2-3 inches in diameter, about 1- 1 1/2 inches high and has a top and bottom crust. Sorta like a Hockey puck. And filled with ground meat and spices. Does anyone out there know how to make these. There taste something like a Brady, I believe.
