i spent almost two years in ky and i spentthe two winters there.
It get real cold there down to the 10s alot of time but there is not much for snow. they get some it warms up and it is gone.
But down there they get snow days for like a inch of snow.
But you can not drive down a mountain taking 90 degree turns in snow
