When I bought my license at Gander, she handed me 3 envelopes cause that's what I asked for and also handed me $20 off my next $100 purchase.
Yes, they will give you extra envelopes, but you don't get extra applications with them. After your initial application, you can only apply for unsold tags, or get over the counter tags in certain WMUs.
Your license comes with one application and then there are 2 inside the booklet to use for subsequent unsold rounds that you can cut out........that's what I meant.
Doesn't do you a whole lot of good to have the applications without their fancy PITA yellow envelope with the labels that might as well just be plain paper.

Has ANYONE ever got one of those dumb things to stick to the envelope before you had to break out the scotch tape?
I try everytime just for giggles and it just sits there ready to blow off before I secure it.

This Point of purchase thing can't come soon enough here. I bet it would cause you to stroke out to know how much money this state wastes on these paper documents and the manpower it takes to handle them.
