Its basically saying that when you wear camo on the street it makes you look like an idiot and stand out to everyone. I generally wear old army fatigues in woodland, thus I do not care for the statement since I wear camo everywhere.

While funny, you have to take it as you want it. It has nothing against hunting, just saying people who wear camo anywhere but hunting are stupid.
