i got to shoot again my hand felt better

I strapped my straw to make it harder it helped but not much
I shot one arrow through the area between the layers and plastic and messed the fleatches on my arrow i just had redone.

I was not doing to good on my groups but good enough.

But for only shooting twice in a year i am doing ok

I think with some foam board infront of the straw my arrows will not slide through tearing my fleatches up
