I know you can find the trapping regulations for Oregon on the ODFW website, but you need to have Adobe Acrobat to download them. You might be able to order them through ODFW. Don' t know if they would be free like the other hunting/fishing regs, but maybe.You might also try the Corvallis regional office and see if they have some you could just pick up.
