I think you should have to get a notorized letter confirming your kill and score of course date and time stamped.

Seriously, when I entered the contest, this was a concern of mine and I even PM'd Rob about it suggesting a pic be requiredof the legible registration tag. He told me not to fret about it and i realized I was doing just that.
