What exactly to mean by angling the nock? You mean nocking the arrow high in relationship to a true perpendicular nock height on the string? Or indexing your feathers at odd angles? I cannot imagine how it would be illegal... only thing I know of even related to it that is "illegal" is string walking in traditional class bow shoots... but thats target shooting only.
